Seeking a reliable individual to work for a RE management company in Southern Brooklyn. We are currently seeking to fill a full time general building maintenance/porter position. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English, knowledge of general maintenance (cleaning & mopping various types of flooring), garbage removal (work with compactors). Seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. and maintenance (painting, grouting, tiling) is required. Electrical & plumbing knowledge is a plus.
