Electrical Engineering Technician Auburn FilterSense is seeking an electrical engineering technician for industrial instrumentation and electronic controls. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain experience and to be exposed to several aspects of industrial sensors and electronic controls, including manufacturing, test, quality, design engineering, customer support, and applications/sales. As exposure and skills are gained, candidates are expected to focus their role towards their career goals. Responsibilities • Technical assembly and testing of products • Configuration of hardware and firmware to meet customer requirements • Circuit debugging to the component level • Assisting design engineering • Assisting product support and sales engineers Requirements • Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuits • Excellent soldering skills and dexterity with small hand tools • Ability to debug and repair to the component level • BSEE, or Associates with additional experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and quality • Excellent computer skills • Ability and self-motivation to learn quickly and independently • An energetic, positive team player with the ability and desire to multi task and help out where needed Additional Information: Auburn FilterSense is a leading developer of sensors, controls, and software that provide operational efficiency improvements and EPA compliance for large air pollution control systems, powder processing filters, and industrial dust collection/ventilation systems.
