Join Lauren and Karey for a Ritual based workshop. Make your own smudge stick for energetic cleansing, and stay for sunset yoga on the farm! As the energy of Fall sinks in, the light shifts and the leaves change. Our bodies ease deeply into cozy and nourishing routines. The power of ritual feels all the more potent when summer moves out and the spooky season arrives, and we would like to support you in this energetic shift! Join Lauren Goldstein and Silver Spring Farm for an event to celebrate the season of Autumn and support your ritual practice. Gather with Karey, of Silver Spring Farm, for a smudge stick making workshop, followed by a 1-hour yoga practice with Lauren as the sun sets. This event will be fully outside with access to a bathroom. Please bring your own yoga mat and be sure to dress in layers. Please wear a mask if you are unvaccinated, or if wearing a mask would make you more comfortable in a group setting. Rain or inclement weather date: October 8th.
