7 Remodeled Homes. 2 Days. Infinite Ideas! Grab a map and your car keys and tour some of the best remodeled home in Central Ohio. A driving tour of 7 recently remodeled homes. Meet some of the most respected remodelers in Central Ohio while visiting their projects. (You get to go inside each project home.) The addresses of the projects on the tour are listed further down in the event description. Tickets are $10 for the full tour or $3 for a single site. Tickets are valid either/both days. We will be following all local health guidelines regarding COVID-19. If not already required by jurisdiction, we strongly encourage all guests wear a mask . High gloss European style cabinets and a beautiful glass mosaic create a stunning contemporary vibe. Upper Arlington 43221 Kitchen Existing space was tight on counter space and storage and lacked proper lighting. Removed wall and remodeled layout is more functional and takes advantage of natural light in the dining room House 5: The Cleary Company; 2632 Tremont Rd Upper Arlington 43221 Whole House Updates throughout this 1930’s two story Tudor home include an entire 1st floor remodel, a new basement and a second story bathroom House 6: Element One ; 2290 Andover Rd Upper Arlington 43221 Kitchen This kitchen expansion features holiday wreath green custom cabinets with oak accents. Cambria Quartz covers the countertops and backsplash, while a built-in banquette joins the kitchen with a dry bar in the dining area. House 7: Haus Studio; 1315 Cambridge Blvd Columbus 43212 Kitchen The first impression of the original kitchen was confining, lackluster and stale.
