You will learn how to safely water bath can pickles, relish, salsa and chutney.  This is a FREE (usually $25) hands-on workshop where you will water bath can a jar of pickled green beans to take home with you as well as booklet of recipes and The USDA Complete Book of Home Canning. Because this class is offered free of charge we ask that you only register if you know you can attend the in-person class. Spaces are limited. Pre-registration required.
