Seeking to fill a full-time maintenance position. Must be both a self-starter and a team player. Maintenance and janitorial skills required with experience including basic plumbing and electric, drywall, tile and paintwork. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience. Housing for the individual (single occupancy studio apartment) available. Living at the property is not a requirement but an option.
