In this marketplace, there are MANY commercial buildings that have felt the pain of closing their doors during the pandemic, and many are looking – needing, to sell. But all of them, will most likely need to be redeveloped into a different purpose. You can absolutely bring the food into the meeting area and eat during the presentation; we also will have access to an outdoor deck area as well. THEY ARE ENCOURAGING US to get there a tad early and place FOOD orders with the main bartender in the restaurant side – it’s good to have all food orders in by 6:30PM, as then the main speaker goes on and you’d have to walk by them through a double door to get to the main bar. This is just a heads up – the earlier you order, the easier it will be to pick up your food without having to walk past the main speaker!
