Join us Thursday, September 16th as our very own wine Sherpa, Jeff Stone of Winebow Fine Wine + Spirts, guides us through an in-depth exploration of wines grown at elevation from around the globe. “Mountain grapes” tend to have greater concentration of phenolics, higher natural acidity and a structural component that leads to incredible weight and texture. We will be tasting: Jansz Premium Cuvée - Tasmania, AustraliaEl Enemigo Semillón - Mendoza, Argentina Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc - Adelaide Hills, AustraliaLuigi Baudana “Dragon” Langhe Bianco - Piedmont, Italy Domaine Lafage Bastide Miraflors - Côtes du Roussillon, France All wines will be available for preorder at the tasting, along with case discounts.
