Small cape 4/1 Interior Painting

I have a small 4 bed 1 bath cape 1,100 sq ft that I need painted ASAP. 2 beds, bath and downstairs hall is all new drywall. Looking for ceilings to paint, 2 coats on walls and 2 coats on all trim and doors. Also need to to know how to prep, living room has wallpaper so will need to mud seams and oil prime before finish paint. Also want the basement and 2 garages painted with drylock paint.. Please look at photos and give me a rough estimate on what you would charge and if it’s reasonable we can make appointment to look at the job in detail.
