The YMCA of Downtown Manchester is seeking a knowledgeable & highly motivated Maintenance / Facilities Staff to support our Downtown branch. Minimum qualifications for the ideal candidate will be: • A minimum of 1-3 years managing stock lists for chemicals, supplies, etc. • A minimum of 1-3 years managing vendor relationships • A minimum of 1-3 years in a trade or handy man type work Expertise in the following is preferred, but not required: • Having knowledge of the technical aspects of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
