Yin yoga + Tame Impala's discography under the full Harvest moon @ Santa Monica Beach :) ~Psyched Yoga presents an evening with Tame Impala's discography under the Harvest moon~ Join us on Santa Monica beach for a healing yin yoga flow. All you need are a mat, a blanket, and some water. We'll begin by carefully setting intentions, being mindful of what we want to release or manifest into our lives. Next, we'll move through a gentle yin/restorative flow aimed at detoxing the body. Finally, we'll participate in an intention burning ceremony either to release that which does not serve you or ignite that which you wish to manifest in your life. All participants get a crystal to take home! DETAILS: The ceremony will take place at 7:30 pm on Santa Monica Beach in between lifeguard towers 28 and 29. Bring a hoodie in case you get cold easily.
