Express Employment is hiring Industrial Specialists for a company in the Duluth, MN area. The pay is $23/hr to start plus benefits and a significant pay increase after the evaluation period. These temp-to-hire positions are for overnight shifts with potential for dayshift down the road. The Industrial Specialist assists in four different departments of a foundry where metal castings are made. Candidates will be working around large equipment and occasionally around hot liquid metal, which gets poured into molds. Molds are then removed the casting after the metal has solidified and cooled and ground to perfection. Safety is highly valued and is of the utmost importance to ensure company maintains successful safety record. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Previous construction/manual labor experience is a plus • Ability to withstand occasional hot temperatures • Ability to handle heavy, dirty work and lift up to 50 lbs. • Hard-working and reliable • Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, undergo a three-year background review, and pulmonary function test at a clinic Apply today at apply.expresspros.com.
