Soule' Culinary and Art Studio-800 Ocean Rd Oct. 2ed 6 pm Pasta Making Class-Fontina and sauteed onion Raviolis with Seared Scallops in an Onion Join me in making the beautiful meal! We will start off by making an Onion Consomme. This consomme is full of amazing flavors...It is made with my chicken stock, brandy, ruby port wine and a dry white wine. We will then make a filling of sweet sauteed onion and shaved fontina cheese filling for our raviolis. The raviolis are served with seared scallops and the consomme. I promise you won't be disappointed. I will have an Arugula Salad waiting for you while the raviolis are cooking. So grab your closest foodie and join me for this amazing meal.
