Come join us for a weekend of safe fall fun in the beautiful Green Mountains! There will be tours, guided hikes, and farm festivities! Fall Open House! In order to preserve the safety of our community, we have made the decision to scale back our Harvest Weekend plans. We know many folks look forward to coming to F&W for a taste of fall (we , too!), and we hope we can return to a full fall weekend of community, fun, and food next year. But we won’t ~leaf~ y’all hanging!! We will still be welcoming our community (that's you!) to camp for some fall fun. Reserve your tickets for tours, hikes, and general fall magic to get started. Pro tip: Everyone who wishes to come should reserve a general admissions ticket for the day, then choose from our ticket list for specific tours and our hike if you are interested in those! We will offer two tours a day, one at 10 AM and then one at 1 PM on both Saturday and Sunday for the following camps: BDC, TL, IB, and the Nineveh Camps (SAM, FC, RSG). Each tour will last about 2 hours. Additionally, we will host a guided hike around our Woodward trails on Sunday from 2-4 PM! Safety measures include, but are not limited to: F&W staff will be masked and expected to stay 6' away from othersStay home if you don't feel wellRegistrants who are 12 and over must be vaccinatedPlan to stay 6' away from others outside your householdRegistrants should bring a mask for when they are unable to physically distanceDress for the weather--we will not be spending time indoors but if it is raining we will spend time in covered, outdoor spacesBring your own water and snacksOutdoor toilets and hand-sanitizing stations will be availableAdditional details will be shared closer to the event. At Farm & Wilderness summer camps and teen programs, we focus on community, homegrown fun and living closely with the natural world. We offer a day camp for children 4-10, overnight camps for youth 9-14, and programs for teens 15-17. Four generations of campers have learned a lifelong love of nature and the joy of a simple, participatory life here in the Vermont woods. We invite you to join us.
