This session will give you tips on how to reach them and engage with authentically.Presented by- Kimberly B. Lewis and Nicanor (Nick) Pesina, Esq.About Our Presenters:Kimberly B. Lewis is the President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of East Texas and the owner of Motivational Muse, LLC. She has more than 20 years of executive level non-profit and business experience. Kimberly serves on several non-profit boards and is the President of the East Texas Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She has authored three books: a historical novel entitled “The Fourth Generation,” “A Seat At The Table or A Part of The Meal”- Creating A Culture of Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and the most recent publication entitled “Biases” – A Guide for Uncovering Area of Unconscious Bias.”Nicanor (Nick) Pesina, Jr. has been a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019, and recently founded Pesina Law Firm, PLLC. Prior to founding his own firm, Nick was a partner at Roberts & Roberts, P.C. one of most reputable litigation firms in East Texas. With a strong interest in public service, he previously worked at the city, state, and federal levels of government before becoming an attorney. Nick has served in a variety of leadership roles on nonprofit boards. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee for Tyler Family Circle of Care, a founding board member for Greater Texas Capital Corporation Finance (CDFI), and recently was elected to the board for the Smith County Bar Association. He is also the Founder of the Hispanic Professionals Association of Tyler.
