Sunrize is a morning wellness party centered around music, community, movement, and a positive mindset. After running with the nightclubs for some time, we’ve come to realize how late nights offset our entire next day. So, instead of getting the party started at the end of the day, how about the beginning? How you start your morning determines the trajectory of the rest of your day. We believe that bringing together positive minds, uplifting music, and soul-shaking movement is the winning formula to create the best morning possible. At Sunrize, expect to arrive into a sunlight-driven space with nourishing drinks to kick-start your energy. You’ll have time to connect with attendees before moving into a half-hour of structured breathwork, movement, or the like. The final leg of the event includes a live DJ set and an open dance floor. Not only will you leave invigorated, you’ll leave with the energy to go after the things that matter most to you. It is fully fermented and precision roasted to bring out the cacao's terroir. Taylor Ambrose is practicing to become a certified facilitator of cacao ceremonies.
