The Madison Cusco Alliance and Mundo Esperanza are preparing a traditional Andean harvest celebration, A Pachamanca! Prepared in honor of Mother Earth, Pachamama, the food we harvest is put back into the the ground to cook in what is called a Pachamanca-Earth Oven. Join us as we celebrate the harvest with this ritual meal cooked in the traditions of the native peoples of the Andean world.
