B&D Construction We are looking for people 18 years of age and up that would like to learn a trade. We are looking to hire young people that are interested in getting into the construction trade. We are a residential framing company that frame custom homes in the Lansing / East Lansing area. If you don't mind working 50 hours a week and your a hard worker, we will pay you $18 an hour with no experience. If your an experienced framer we will start you at $20 and up depending upon your experience. We have 2 hy lifts and our own crane, we supply nail guns and saws. You supply bags and hand tools.
