We are hiring Farm Tractor Drivers/Heavy Equipment Operators. Main responsibilities: - Driving and performing safe operation of farm tractors for land prepping, mowing, ditching, spraying, etc. - Following Supervisor instructions involving the operation of farm or heavy equipment. - Perform general labor tasks, light mechanics. - Perform daily equipment inspection. - Follow all Safety guidelines. - Properly use personal protection equipment. Requirements: - Heavy Equipment or farm tractor driver experience is required. - Experience with GPS and laser guided equipment or precision agriculture is preferred but not required. - Be willing to work 50 – 60+ hours per week including Saturdays. - Some ability to read and write and communicate in English. - Ability to work independently and well with others.
