JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: The Forklift Operator will move materials per the production schedule and perform other duties, such as grading and patching, as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to operate a forklift and move materials safely and efficiently; a minimum of one (1) year of recent forklift experience is required. Must be able to meet company forklift certification requirements. • Ability to read. understand and follow safety policies • Ability to wear personal protection equipment (PPE), as required. • This position will also help grade & patch; good eye for detail, differentiate between colors and species for grading/patching. • Must be able to stay on the production schedule, always maintaining safe work practices. • Must effectively communicate with other team members and supervisors. • Be willing and available to work overtime, including weekends.
