FOUND tuxedo cat, very small and skittish and looks like it might be stray. It’s been hanging out by our house and we’ve been putting some food out for it. The cat seems not very well fed and we would love to connect it with its owners! If we can’t find the owners we want to adopt and give the cat a good home.
