The Charlotte YP Mixer brings together 30+ YP organizations and young professionals looking to get involved in the community. The Charlotte YP Mixer is a city-wide young professional mixer bringing together all of the YP organizations in Charlotte to open the doors of our city to young people looking to get involved. Join us and meet 30+ young professional organizations and network with other young professionals looking to get involved in the community. All proceeds from the event will be used to help offset the cost of Charlotte-Mecklenburg school tours at The Mint Museum. COVID-19 Protocols for 2021 Charlotte YP Mixer Since COVID-19 remains ongoing, for the health and safety of our guests, we will follow all state guidelines and regulations for the event. At this time, we are limited to a capacity of 300 attendees. As restrictions are modified, our event capacity may fluctuate. In the event capacity limits are reduced, those who purchase their tickets earliest will receive priority. Cancellation policy: : All ticket sales are final, and the Young Affiliates will not issue refunds for this event subject to one exception. If event capacity limits are reduced pursuant to a local or state executive order in response to COVID-19, those who purchased their tickets last may request a refund to the extent we are unable to accommodate their attendance. This is a "first come first serve" ticket structure meaning if we sell 300 tickets, and event capacity is later reduced to 150, the first 150 purchasers (by calendar date of purchase) will be allowed to attend. The last 150 ticket purchasers are permitted to request a refund through Oct 10th, 2021, by emailing [email protected] Absent local or state executive orders limiting capacity, no refunds will be issued. We're a diverse group of young professionals promoting and supporting the Mint Museum through cultural, social, leadership, and fundraising activities and events. Established in 1990, we're the premier social arts organization for young professionals in Charlotte.
