Flight Line Tap Room and RDK Catering are bringing an Oktoberfest celebration for you to enjoy in Ridgecrest. RDK Catering has created a special tasting menu featuring Bavarian classics and regional German favorites, paired with Flight Line Tap Room hand selected, German style beer samples from craft breweries. A souvenir taster glass is included with the tasting for you to take home. Featured small bites and beer tastings:Helles lager with bretzel and obatzer (pretzel and beer cheese) Marzen with zwiebelkuchen (savory onion tart) Dark red ale with jager ein tropf (hunters stew) Dopplebock with schmerzwalder kirschtort (black forrest lava cake) We will be celebrating twice this weekend, Saturday or Sunday, chose which day is best for you to celebrate.
