Looking for individuals to clean, audit and check supplies for high end short term rental properties in the Northern Scottsdale/Phoenix area. This is part time as we expand, more work will come. Roughly 3 or 4 a week, more if demand allows it. ***** It takes about 3 to 4 hours to clean, depending on how is it left.. so the pay is per cleaning... equates to $15 to $16+ per hour**** Raises after 60 days READ ALL BELOW: Duties will be: ~ Cleaning the entire 2 or 3 bedroom property plus laundry (washer and dryers in the unit and we supply detergent). ~ Audit for damages, missing items and ensure everything in the unit works. ~ Check the in unit storage supply for supply needs for ordering and upload to our team Google Drive at every cleaning. ~ Change out lock and/or keypad batteries (as needed since you are already there) ~ Charge Ring Cams at every cleaning. ~ Other miscellaneous items as needed while there. ~ Complete cleaning checklist and upload to the team's Google Drive. All this can easily be done in about less than 4 hours. There may be times where it could be less and could be more. If you are experienced, you already know this. You must be efficient and you must have disinfects to be CDC compliant. This will be a 1099 job. Cleaning times start at 11:00 am SHARP at guest check out. No exceptions on start time unless told otherwise. You MUST be willing to work any day of the week. Prior PROFESSIONAL cleaning experience IS REQUIRED. You must be very meticulous and detailed, organized, can work independently, comfortable with technology and can be trusted to do an exceptional job. We will do ghost audits to ensure cleanings are to standard. Shortcuts will be cause for immediate termination. You provide your own cleaning supplies. Vacuums, brooms and mops are already in each unit so you will not need those. Schedules may change at the last minutes so you absolutely MUST BE FLEXIBLE. If you cannot be flexible then please DO NOT apply. You MUST be REACHABLE. If you have no cell phone or cannot accept calls etc., please DO NOT apply, it wont work out. If you are a person that cannot normally be reached, DO NOT apply, it will not work out. If you do not have reliable transportation, DO NOT apply. If you cannot be on time, DO NOT apply. If you are not technology savvy, please DO NOT apply. If you take short cuts, DO NOT apply. Once your 60 day probationary period is over we will look at an increase so long as there have been NO CALL INS, TARDIES, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS or AUDIT FAILS, etc. You will be our eyes on the property so you must be RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY.
