Needing to rehome my 1 year old male cockatiel to a good family or someone elderly that has alot of free time. Currently starting a new job and I won't be able to give him the attention that he needs. Chappie is a rescue cockatiel that has some anxiety/attachment issues. He's perfectly healthy, easy to take care of, and still has his flight feathers. He was born in 2/3/20, has birth certificate, and track band. He'll come with everything in the pictures above. I will be asking for a rehoming fee.
