Coach Dane will take you through handstand progressions to get you comfortable upside down, and achieve higher level handstand skills.
Skills may include: Freestanding HS, HS Walking, HS on Parallettes, HS Walk Obstacle Course
Pre-requisite strength and mobility proficiency in push-ups, hollow/arch holds, overhead holds/carries
