Demo and Hauling Side Job Demo is prep for remodeling a small 8' X 7.5' bathroom (original 1960's construction) - Remove Drywall from walls and ceiling to studs - Demo shower/tile/pan and mortar bed to studs - Tear out double vanity and take down large mirror (vanity and mirror does not need to be saved just hauled away) - Remove sheet vinyl floor to subfloor - No bathtub to worry about and toilet is already removed. - Clean up and haul away the debris - Bathroom is on the 2nd floor, however it is near a balcony where debris can be tossed down to a wheelbarrow if some protection is put down on the ground. - Flexible on timing Send me your $ quote for the whole job, and anything you'd like me to know via email.
