Restain and seal concrete on my existing back porch

Hello, concrete work experts, Take a look at the picture that I am attaching. I have a rectangular concrete back porch that is 30 feet long at its longest point, and 13 feet wide at it’s widest point. I have a 2nd porch that is a half circle, with a radius of 10 feet. I need an expert to come in and re-stain these two porches including the steps. The porches were stained about 15 years ago. Here are the steps you need to follow. On day 1, pressure wash both porches. On day 2, stain and seal both porches. On Day 3, add a gloss finish. We will be using a stain color that works with the existing color, so a darker cream or a light brown. We will provide a separate gloss finish material. Fixed price labor quote only.
