GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Facilities Lead is responsible for keeping the Clubhouse, Fitness Studio, Locker Rooms and surrounding areas clean and in working order. In addition to hands on janitorial maintenance of the Clubhouse, other duties can include minor building and facility repairs, cleaning golf shoes and setting rooms up for events. This position is generally scheduled to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 – 5:00, Tuesday – Sunday.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overall cleanliness of the building and outside areas with the exception of the kitchen.
Responsible for stocking facility with toiletries and towels.
Responsible for Member shoe cleaning.
Responsible for minor repairs to the building and equipment as needed.
Responsible for setting up rooms for private parties.
Responsible for adhering to weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance schedules.
Other tasks as requested.
KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of commercial cleaning, facility maintenance, shoe shine service, handyman skills and the ability to work with others in a professional and courtesy manner. Verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to function under limited supervision. Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly: $21.50 - $25.50 depending on experience
