Job Description: The maintenance technician will perform repairs and maintenance of Rental Units and HOA Condominiums. Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate who will excel at the job is flexible, independent, and competent in a wide variety of maintenance skills. We are looking for someone who can do general maintenance including minor maintenance, sheetrock repairs, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, HVAC, electrical, and limited janitorial tasks at various sites. Skills and Specifications: Have the ability to use various tools efficiently. Able to communicate fluently in both written and oral English. Must be a team player. Must have a valid and clean California Driver's. Must provide written authorization to work in the United States. Must be available 24/7 for emergency calls for some weekends only. Must have a truck. Living near the City is a plus.
