This opportunity offers: $20.00 per hour DOE Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Employee referral program  Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave 401(k) with employer match What you will do: Maintain tools & equipment in working order & keeps maintenance room in neat condition. Mow lawn, remove weeds, and does other yard work including leaf and debris removal. Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs. Touch-up painting and repaints buildings or rooms as required. Clean homes to prepare for sale. Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks. Basic carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps and rails. Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed. What you Bring: The ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently (preferred). Ability to respond to after hour emergencies. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
