Press release from Georgetown Business Improvement District: September 9, 2021 In a uniquely illuminating experience, DC Design Tours is featuring our Georgetown GLOW art installations on a special Historic Georgetown evening walking tour, September 12 from 6 pm – 8 pm, and September 24 from 7 pm – 9 pm. You'll learn about Georgetown's historic transformation from a gritty port town to a destination, as your guide shares the secrets of DC's original neighborhood and shines a light on the contemporary artists behind GLOW's installations. The two-hour tour begins outside of Levain Bakery at 3131 M St NW and ends near Wisconsin Avenue and M St NW in Sovereign Alley. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased below.
