** Delafield WI** Start at 8am (8 hour shift) Monday-Sunday. Willing to work weekends but you choose what day of weekdays you want/need off. Pay: $16.00/hour. Job duties: · While cleaning guest rooms, ensures cleanliness standards are met · Removes dirty towels and sheets from the guest room and replaces them with clean ones from the linen closet. · Cleans, dusts and sanitizes all areas of the guest room · Makes bed, vacuums carpet and cleans tile area in guest room · Removes room service trays, dishes, carts to service area landings · Uses chemicals, cleaners and cleaning equipment properly To be expected: · Able to work alone without direct supervision · Demonstrate high degree of drive and determination · Constantly recommend service and product improvement to better the operation · Keep the work area clean and tidy at all times · Attend all required meetings · Follow proper uniform procedures · Properly handle and report associate and guest accidents · Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards · Assist with responsibilities and duties in other departments and as assigned by management · Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
