Hi, I am looking for a new loving home for my wonderful cat in Mountain View. He is almost 1 and a 1/2 years old, microchipped, up to date on his shots, and neutered. He loves to play fetch with a mouse toy and also this tag game where he will "surprise" you with a paw touch then run off and come back. When the wand teaser is out, he will leap and hang from it, he's very determined! He will have meow conversations with you, especially if you were away for several hours. He isn't picky about cat food brands (iams, Purina) and eats a bit throughout the day. His favorite hobby is birdwatching. He is both independent and very playful! He regularly comes over with headbutts for snuggle time. It breaks my heart but I accepted a job that involves a lot of traveling. I want to make sure he goes to a good home with someone who will be able to spend time with him and take good care for him. Please note that like any new pet, he will be shy at first and not necessarily playing with you until he feels comfortable in his new home.
