Join us for a pleasant yoga experience and to be part of Michigan's loving yoga community! We meet on Fridays at 10AM at Heritage Park in Farmington Hills. (After entering the park, hang right and park at the end of the road. We will be in a shaded area behind the playground towards the volleyball courts). All levels are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and props as needed. There will be an option of participating in the shade or sun. ☀️ Love offerings ($10 suggested) will be gratefully accepted and a portion will be donated to a local animal rescue organization. In case of rain or wet grounds, the class will be cancelled. When in doubt, look for notices on www.yoga-michigan.com by 9AM on the day of class. ☔ Yoga Michigan is a non-profit organization offering free and low low-cost yoga & spiritual education to the community and serving those in need.
