Description
Foster parents needed in Pierce County to provide short-term care for boys and girls 0-18 years of age. As a paid volunteer foster parents receive $1,500 (tax-free) for each child placed in your home. Foster parents must:
Be at least 21 years of age and complete background checks.
Have sufficient income to support themselves without relying on foster care payments.
Discipline children in a positive manner without the use of physical punishment.
Provide supervision appropriate to the age or specific behavior of the child as outlined by the social worker.
