Conducting an Online Study - Healthcare/Patient Portals Research. As part of this study, we will ask you to log into your patient portal and share your screen. We will be filming and looking at the entire patient portal for its resources and functionality. While we will click into sections and pages that hold personal health information, our focus is not on the health data but on design, navigation, content promotion, usability, tools and resources offered by the organizations. Our research removes all personal information and data. We expect the filming process to take roughly 90 minutes. Pay is $250 by virtual visa.
