Ryatt Construction is a full-service Earthwork & Utilities company located in Seattle. We are looking to add an additional heavy equipment / diesel mechanic to our shop. You would be working with 3 other mechanics. This is a full time, year round position. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -Ability to work independently and as a team. -Ability to follow direction -Ability to openly and effectively communicate with supervisors and drivers to ensure proper repairs to vehicles. -Must have a valid driver’s license. -Must have your own tools. -Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and/or heavy/medium duty truck repair -Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment to test and troubleshoot proper operation before and after repairs. -Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and power train issues -Must have good attendance and reliable transportation. -Ability to lift 50lbs.
