Excavation company looking for a physically fit, person to join our team. You will be learning the excavation trade starting as a laborer. You will be doing hand digging and grade check and general labor. We want you to learn so you can move your way up to running equipment or driving dump truck. You have to learn the basics from the ground floor. Many of our guys we have trained to run equipment and get your CDL to drive dump truck. We are a small company and are looking for a hard working laborer that can learn. At times it is HARD WORK with lots of hand digging. We are very, very busy and need more people! Must be hard working, Physically fit, willing to work long hours at times, no smoking on job, It would be nice if you had an understanding of vehicles and were MECHANICALLY INCLINED. Must be willing to hand dig a when necessary. Must have VALID drivers license. WE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO RUN AN EXCAVATOR and/or train you and work with DOL to GET YOUR CDL and DRIVE a DUMP TRUCK. When it is slow, we work around the farm/shop. If you are the right person and can learn, we will train you to run the excavators, skidsteers and Equipment! Think of it as a trade college.
