We are Trucking Company located in the city of Manteca. We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to help with the daily administrative and operations of the company. This position is full time after probationary period. Processing daily inbound/outbound orders, scheduling and tracking shipments and scanning. Customer Services – taking phone calls, answering customer shipment questions, troubleshooting over the phone, and email. We operate Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:00PM

Great Communication & Personality
Works well with others/ independently
Has great attendance
Office Admin Work Experience (Preferred but not required)
Familiar Microsoft and excel software, and Dispatch software (Preferred but not required)
Pays attention to detail & able to multi- task
