ROUND ROCK, TX — A person who barricaded themselves inside a car on State Highway 45 in Round Rock has been detained, authorities said Thursday. Officials said the driver barricaded himself on the highway following a car chase from Cedar Park police, which forced authorities to close all east and westbound lanes of the highways.
