Press release from Columbia Fire Department: Michael DeSumma September 8, 2021 At an emergency meeting of the Columbia City Council on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 city leaders officially voted to re-implement a protective mask ordinance for all public spaces within Columbia city limits. This ordinance will now require the immediate use of face coverings in bars, restuarants, gorcery stores, pharmacies and other businesses in the City of Columbia.
