Press release from the Village of Skokie: September 9, 2021 On Tuesday, September 1, 2021, the Village will launch the annual test of the CodeRED high-speed telephone dialing system that is designed to deliver a recorded emergency telephone message to Skokie residences and businesses.  Residents and those who work in Skokie are encouraged to add their email address and a mobile phone or another contact number to the CodeREDsystem.
