Summary: The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for providing parts to JHF Service Technicians and Piping Technicians for their field work. Responsibilities: Complete the daily Service Repair Order (SRO) parts staging and shipping.Responsible for replenishing all service and piping trucks with necessary supplies.Assist with inventory organization in the warehouse.Carry out janitorial duties in the warehouse including general and floor cleaning. Work closely with the Metro and MSC coordinators and piping department to ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians in the field and at JHF.Other duties as assigned by Service Manager.Act as the back-up for the warehouse coordinator.Maintain a clean and safe working area.Other job duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements: Prior warehouse experience including order picking, shipping, and receiving preferred.Forklift driving experience/certification.Ability to effectively work and communicate with other team members. Demonstrated computer skills. Working conditions & Physical Demands: · The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.· The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, and walk.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
