Relocating laundry hookup/plumbing to floor above

I’m looking for quotes to move the laundry hookup from the basement to the main floor. The new location will be directly above the old location, just shifted about 3 feet. The new location will be taking space from the kitchen pantry, so a new interior wall will need to be constructed to separate the two.
