Hello! My family and I are looking for a home to rent with reduced rent in exchange for free renovation on the property while we are renting it from you. My husband is a handyman and landscaper and i am a cleaner/ home designer. We would love a good project and thought maybe we could find a home owner who would be open to a fair exchange like this one! We do need it to be liveable upon move in as we do have two children and cant risk their safety.
