The shooting happened early Friday, about 2:15 a.m, at the BP on University Avenue, according to an Atlanta police report. The victim was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive. The gunfire happened late Wednesday at an apartment complex on Fairburn Road. There has been no information on possible suspects that has been released.
