Superintendents/Skilled Carpenters/Service Techs

GDC Construction: 4th generation La Jolla builders We specialize in high-end new residential constructions, remodeling, renovations, additions, kitchens and baths. We are looking for people with at least 5 years of experience: - Superintendents/Working Foremen: Must have experience running jobs. Must be organized with good communication skills, be able to use a computer and able to read plans. Must have own tools. Knowledge of Buildertrend software is a plus. - Skilled Carpenters and Finish Carpenters: Skilled in both rough and finished carpentry (i.e. trim carpentry, tile work, drywall patch/texture match, painting, and demolition) with good communication skills, be able to read plans and have own tools. - Service Techs: We have a service and warranty department and are looking for techs that have experience general construction skills, including, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, painting, etc. Must be personable as you will be dealing directly with the clients.
