We are a property management company located in Columbus Ohio and its surrounding suburbs. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager/Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary repair work orders and general maintenance items that could come up throughout the life cycle of any tenant's stay. While this is a full time job, we are flexible and would consider part time/flexible schedules for the right candidate. Responsibilities: - Complete tenant maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion - Prep rental properties post move out of tenants - Order, fix and replace broken parts or fixtures and appliances as needed - Tracking expenses and basic bookkeeping - Maintain a clean and a safe work space - Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Ideal candidate is someone whom can perform light plumbing, electrical, dry wall repairs, painting and general handyman type of work. While certifications are preferred, they are not necessary. Training will be provided where needed. Previous experience in rental property maintenance or other related fields is preferred Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload
