Found: lost male chichuahua

2216 n 8th, Phoenix AZ

Description

Male chihuahua mix (?) found near N 8th. He is not neutered and has a blue harness on that is partially ripped or town offd. No tags that I can see. He has an eye infection in both eyes but otherwise appears healthy.
